The Utica Police Department is continuing their investigation into the armed robbery of our South Utica branch located at 1634 Genesee Street.
The Credit Union is offering a $10,000 reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the responsible parties.
The robbery occured occurred on Thursday, January 28, 2010 shortly before 3:00 p.m. Officials say the prime suspect is a black male, approximately 6 feet tall, 175 pounds. He was armed with a handgun and was leaving on foot west on Newell St. and then through the yards north toward Sherman Place.
He was wearing a grayish colored hooded sweatshirt, a white baseball cap and blue jeans.
